Who We Serve · Veterans
Structured housing built around VA standards.
Abundant Grace Enterprise is developing a Service-Intensive Transitional Housing (SITH) program aligned with VA Grant & Per Diem (GPD) standards under 38 CFR Part 61 — built for veterans navigating the return to civilian life.
Program Fit
Why our model fits veterans specifically.
- Program design follows VA Grant & Per Diem (GPD) Service-Intensive Transitional Housing standards under 38 CFR Part 61
- Structured, up-to-24-month continuum — not open-ended shelter, but a path with a beginning, middle, and end
- Built for coordination with VA case managers, HCHV, and community referral partners
- Employment readiness through Texas Workforce Commission connections, resume prep, and interview coaching
- Financial literacy and move-to-permanent-housing planning built into every resident's plan
