Founding-Year Partnership
Help us open the door to our first house.
Abundant Grace Enterprise is a newly recognized 501(c)(3) building structured transitional housing for Veterans, individuals in recovery, and returning citizens across Dallas–Fort Worth. We're raising seed funding to open our very first site — and founding partners like you make that possible.
Why Now
Founding-year gifts do the most good.
We're pre-launch
AGE has its 501(c)(3) status, governance, and program model in place — what's missing is the seed capital to open our first door. Early gifts fund the very first house.
The need is documented
The 2025 Point-in-Time Count identified 3,541 individuals experiencing homelessness across Dallas and Collin Counties, including 287 veterans. Capacity is the bottleneck.
Structure, not just shelter
Every gift funds housing paired with real case management — a VA GPD-aligned model built around outcomes, not just a roof.
Your Impact
What your gift provides.
These aren't rough estimates — they're built directly from our program budget, so you know exactly what a gift at each level makes possible.
Welcome Kit
Provides a hygiene and welcome kit for one resident arriving at the house for the first time.
A Week of Utilities
Covers roughly one week of utilities for the house — keeping the lights, water, and heat on for residents in transition.
A Month's Rent Contribution
Provides a significant share of one month's rent on our first 4–5 bedroom transitional house (rent in DFW runs $2,200–$3,300/month).
A Year of Insurance
Covers our full annual D&O and General Liability insurance — the protection that lets us operate safely and responsibly from day one.
A Month of Case Management
Funds a month of Resident Advisor support — the structured, hands-on presence that turns temporary housing into lasting stability.
Seed a House
Covers a major share of what it takes to open our first site — security deposit, first months' rent, furnishing, and initial staffing. Founding Partners are recognized by name on our website and in our first-site opening materials (with permission).
Beyond Cash Gifts
Corporate & in-kind partnership.
Not every gift has to be a check. We're building relationships with local businesses, congregations, and civic groups across DFW who want to invest in this work in other ways.
- Furnish a bedroom or common space in our first house
- Sponsor a category of Most Needed Donations (food, hygiene, household essentials)
- Offer in-kind professional services — legal, accounting, maintenance, design
- Host a workplace giving campaign or matching-gift drive
- Provide employment or interview opportunities for residents nearing transition
Ready When You Are
Be part of opening the first door.
Every gift — of any size — moves us closer to $75,000 and a first house. Thank you for considering it.
