Program Fit

Structure that starts the day someone comes home.

  • Structured, up-to-24-month transitional housing continuum — a plan, not just a bed
  • Case management from day one: needs assessment, goal-setting, barrier resolution
  • Employment readiness through Texas Workforce Commission connections, resume prep, interview coaching
  • Financial literacy and budgeting support built into the program
  • Continued alumni check-ins after move to permanent housing — support doesn't end at move-out

TDCJ & Reentry Coordination

We're building a formal partnership with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Parole Division to establish AGE as a referral and housing resource for individuals nearing release.
