Who We Serve · Returning Citizens
Rebuilding after incarceration, with structure instead of a blank slate.
Abundant Grace Enterprise provides structured transitional housing for individuals reentering the community after incarceration — pairing a stable address with the case management that makes reentry stick.
Program Fit
Structure that starts the day someone comes home.
- Structured, up-to-24-month transitional housing continuum — a plan, not just a bed
- Case management from day one: needs assessment, goal-setting, barrier resolution
- Employment readiness through Texas Workforce Commission connections, resume prep, interview coaching
- Financial literacy and budgeting support built into the program
- Continued alumni check-ins after move to permanent housing — support doesn't end at move-out
